Welcome to Interactive Media, version fall.07

Hello and welcome! I'm looking forward to another semester and to the challenge of trying to wrap our minds around this multi-headed, ever-mutating monster we call interactive media. This blog will be just one tool that we use to explore interactive media. We'll also use a wiki called the Encyclopedia of Interactive Media.

It's an interesting time to be a student of media. There's no shortage of issues to be resolved as we transition from MSM to New Media...from monolithic, one-way media to diversified, user-driven, two-way interaction.
